To become a dealer, please contact us via Contact Form below.

You will be receiving a Dealer Application Form in return.

You will also need the following in order to setup your dealer account.

1.  A copy of your business license / resale license.

2.  Your resale tax number.

3.  California dealers must also complete a resale tax form.  Otherwise, Sales tax will be charged with each purchased item until the form is completed and processed.
